（1） 晋城荆条蜂蜜外在感官特征需符合以下要求：新鲜荆条蜂蜜呈浅琥珀色，久置色泽逐渐加深至琥珀色，结晶后纯白。具有荆条花特有的花香滋味和气味，无异味。常温下呈粘稠流体状或部分及全部结晶，不得含有蜜蜂肢体、幼虫、蜡屑及正常视力可见杂质（含蜡屑巢蜜除外）
（2）晋城荆条蜂蜜内在品质指标需符合以下要求 项目 指标要求 果糖和葡萄糖 ≥ 65g/100 g 蔗糖含量 ≤ 5g/100 g） 锌（Zn） ≤ 25mg/kg 其他指标 符合CB14963-2011蜂蜜及有关规定要求
（3）安全要求 晋城荆条蜜产品外观特征、理化指标、微生物指标、药物及重金属残留指标必须符合GB14963-3-2011蜂蜜标准规定、饮用水符合《NY5027-2001无公害食品畜禽饮用水水质》标准规定，生产过程管理、生产技术要求、蜂药使用、蜂蜜加工储藏运输等管理应符合《GBT 21528-2008 蜜蜂产品生产管理规范》、《NY 5138-2002 无公害食品 蜜蜂饲养兽药使用准则》、《NYT1241-2006 蜂产品加工技术管理规范》、《NYT 639-2002 蜂蜜生产技术规范》、《NYT 5139-2002 无公害食品 蜜蜂饲养管理准则》及农业部有关规定。
