右玉燕麦米，山西省朔州市右玉县特产，全国农产品地理标志。
右玉县属晋北黄土高原组成部分，地势南高北低，中间平缓，周围群山环抱，适宜种植燕麦。燕麦幼苗成抗旱抗寒匍匐，圆锥花序，有紧穗型、株高110-120厘米，生育期110-115天，千粒重28-30克，裸燕麦成熟时，外颖壳自然打开，籽粒脱颖而出;燕麦米粒成橄榄形，和大米粒相似，成浅黄色，能和大米同煮同熟，且熬粥后呈乳白色 。
