⒈外在感官：王官屯京杏果实中大近圆形或卵圆形，直径约 5公分，平均单果重38克，最大可达67克。缝合线深而明显，果顶平，梗洼广而浅，果实底色金黄，果面彩色紫红，向阳面有深红色斑点，果面多绒毛，果柄短而粗。果肉橙黄色，肉厚质细 中华人民共和国农业部 公布 而较硬，味甜酸，有香气，汁液多，品质上。果实7月中下旬成 熟，果实发育期75-80天。王官屯京杏除鲜食外，还可加工果脯、果干、果酱。杏仁既可食用，又能入药，是外贸出口的传统商品。
⒉内在品质：果肉呈黄色，纤维少，汁液多，味甜香，含可 溶性固形物10.5%-12.2%，维生素4.1%-5.0%，蛋白质0.83%-0.95%，粗纤维0.95%-1.1%，磷244mg/kg-262mg/kg,钾2.6g/kg-3.3g/kg,钙72mg/kg-86mg/kg,铁3.72mg/kg-3.96mg/kg,果实货架期为10-15天。
⒊安全要求：必须符合中华人民共和国规定的标准安全指标，在包装、标识上需符合农业部《农产品包装和标识管理办法》，进入市场的必须遵守《农产品质量安全法》及其它法律法规的有关规定。包装材料应符合GB11680和GB89687的规定，包装物使用无毒油墨印刷，销售和包装物应标注“王官屯京杏”标志，并标明产品名称、数量、产地、包装日期、生产单位、保质期、产品质量、执行标准代号等级等内容。
